You call, we discuss your event and the appropriate
number of staff needed. On the day our staff will be there promptly
in time to organize and set-up the event space. Whether it is setting
tables, arranging décor, or configuring a buffet, we’ll
make sure the space is ready on time for your guests.
A Supervisor will consult with you as soon as we arrive
to fine tune all the details. During the event the Supervisor will
make sure everything is running on schedule and coordinate your
needs to the staff. At the end of the event they will oversee the
clean up, makes sure everything is put back where it belongs and
records the staff hours.
The Staff, dressed in either all black or black &
white, will greet your guests, pass hors d’oeuvres, and serve
food. All the while bussing and cleaning and preparing for the next
course or phase. At the end of the event they will re-store the
space to its original state, pack things away, and when everything
is clean we will quietly slip out but only after the last double
check is done
Bartenders will set up the bar area with glasses and
garnishes. They will chill the wine and beer and display all the
beverages. During the event the Bartenders will keep the bar stocked
and clean and replenished guests’ drinks. At the event’s
conclusion the Bartenders will put everything away and make sure
the bar area is left clean and tidy.
The Chefs will heat and platter all hors d’oeuvres,
prepare and plate any type of food and before they go wrap up leftovers
and do a thorough clean up
